• Yes. No matter the length of stay, we require identity verification and screening before a reservation.
  

• How will the property be protected?
  
• In addition to screening all guests, each home is equipped with exterior security cameras and keyless entry. A new code is generated after each stay and is unique to the guests. Our homes are also insured.
  

• How does CND Living market its homes?
  
• We advertise on our direct booking website. We also market them on other third-party short-term rental sites.
  

• Who are CND Living’s guests and how long are their typical stays?
  
• Guests include those traveling for leisure, business, or corporate stays. Our stays range from one night to six months, with an average stay of three nights. Maximum single booking is 30 days and then they will have to rebook.
  

• Does CND Living have a cleaning team?
• After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each home. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the home weekly upon request
